Thanks so much for visiting Crow Hill Primitives. We are thrilled to offer our rug hooking designs to you. To place an order you may print the order form or call us at (207)967-0573. Please indicate whether you want your rug hooking pattern on Linen or Monk's Cloth. Most rug hooking patterns can be drawn to any size even though we only list one size. We can also work with you if you wish to switch borders or motifs. Please note: Prices are subject to change.

Purchased rug hooking patterns are for one time use and may be resold as is or as a finished piece as long as copyright laws are respected.

We would love to see your finished rug hooking projects using our Crow Hill Primitives designs and include them on our Gallery page. If you send or e-mail a color photo of your rug to us you will receive a free hand dyed fat quarter of wool.

Custom Orders: There will be an additional charge for custom orders, and any changes in the design. Charges will reflect the additional work required.

Mailing List: We will NOT share any mailing lists.

Payment: We accept checks (US dollars), Money Orders (US dollars), American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. Maine residents please add 5% Sales Tax.

Shipping: All patterns are hand drawn to order, and shipped in a timely manner. Patterns will be shipped Priority Mail or UPS. Shipping costs are the actual costs of shipping plus insurance. Canadian and International orders please email us for shipping rates.

Gift Certificates: We are happy to provide you with gift certificates for any amount.

Returns: At Crow Hill Primitives our goal is to make you happy. If you have any questions, please contact us for returning merchandise. However, our policy is that returned merchandise MUST be in its original packaging and in new condition. NOTE: Special Order merchandise IS NOT RETURNABLE.

Catalog: If you would like a copy of our catalogue, the cost is $7 (US Funds). Please use the order form.
