Cranberry Coffee Cake

This is a delicious, simple treat with a refreshing tartness you don't usually find in your average coffee cake.

Beat well:	1 stick butter
	1 cup sugar
	2 eggs
Add:	1/2 pt. sour cream
	1 tsp. vanilla
	2 cups flour
	1 tsp. baking soda
Beat 2 minutes. Pour half the batter into a greased tube pan. Spread 1 large can of whole cranberry sauce (undrained) over the batter. Cover sauce with remaining batter. Do NOT underbake. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
